The Mount Zion Elite Swim Team is Prescott's very own recreational swim team. Zion an elite program focused on developing swimmers' talents and personal growth. Our expert coaches refine techniques in all strokes, using video feedback for real-time improvement. There will be tough training involved to improve the stamina and conditioning, pushing swimmers to achieve their best. Zion will help the swimmer's mental and physical confidence. The goal of the team is to emphasize teamwork, dedication, leadership, respect, quality, and excellence; we create a supportive environment where swimmers learn essential life values. Our team ensures that swimming is enjoyable and rewarding. Join us to experience elite training combined with fun, helping young swimmers grow into outstanding athletes and individuals.
Age Range:
This is NOT a learn-to-swim program.
This team will only be from age 9-18 years old unless given permission from coaches
Requirements
Levels 4 and 5 Swimmers only. MUST be able to swim a 100 (4 laps) without stopping.
Equipment Requirements:

Exercise shoes for strength outside of the water (only about 30 minutes maximum)
Times for Practices:
Saturdays twice a month
7:30am-9:30am
Pricing
$40 dollars per hour/ $80 per full practice.
